1. Send your application
Is there a vacancy on our website that is a perfect match for you? Click on the “Apply” button on the function and complete the application form. You can of course also send an open application. We will directly send you a confirmation of receipt via e-mail.
2. The first interview
We will send you a message stating whether you are invited for a first interview no later than 2 weeks after your application. This interview will be held at our head office in Amsterdam or at our printing company in The Hague. You will get to know a recruiter and your possible future manager, and of course we will get to know you!
3. Personality test
We ask all of our applicants to take a personality test (Lumina Spark) online. Depending on the function for which you applied, an additional test/assignment could also be a part of your application.
4. Follow-up interviews
If we are still enthusiastic about you as a candidate, then of course more interviews will follow. Then we will examine in detail your qualifications, skills and ambitions!
If we want to have you as a colleague and you want to work for us, then we will discuss your contract. Then it’s just a matter of signing on the dotted line. Congratulations on your new job!
